Your subscription covers the software. A few things sit outside it, because a third party charges for them. This page lists what those are and who pays — and we show the actual amount before you authorize anything.
Payment processing
Moving rent from a tenant’s bank to yours has a processing cost, which depends on the method used.
Who pays: Shown to whoever is charged, before the payment is authorized.
Tenant screening
Credit and background reports are produced by a screening provider and priced per report.
Who pays: Shown before the report is ordered, to whoever orders it.
Optional third-party services
Anything else you choose to add that a third party charges for. Nothing here is switched on by default.
Who pays: Shown before you turn the service on.
We publish exact amounts here only once they match what checkout actually charges. Until then, the amount you see at the moment of payment is the authoritative one — and you always see it before you approve.
